- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

- Services are provided at the customer’s home or chosen location within our service area.

6. Bridal & Special Occasion Services
- Bridal and event bookings may require advance confirmation.
- Trial sessions, if requested, may incur additional charges.
- Booking confirmations for bridal services may require an advance payment.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to treat our beauty professionals with courtesy and respect.
- Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

- Any concerns regarding service quality should be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.
